As Senior Director for Slalom, Charlene brings to bear over twenty years of experience leading complex programs and diverse teams while driving communications, strategy, and business development initiatives for major institutions.

Throughout her career, Charlene has been a driving force for change and equity, focusing on tactical ways organizations improve how they hire, engage, and grow their teams. Charlene holds a BA in International Relations and a master’s in international management. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Change Management Advanced Practitioner (CMAP). Charlene and her husband John have two teenagers. When time allows, she can often be found either reading or traveling.
